Guess what color team she was on....
They played all the normal field day activities that you would imagine. Like this one...
Then of course there's this one....
They made the kids run across the field with this octopus...dunk it into a bucket of water & then....
run back to their team wearing it on their head. Yeah right about now I'm pretty happy NOT to be in the 2nd grade.
The water balloon toss is always fun. Marissa & her teammate tossed it back & forth about two times each before it popped, splashing them with cold water.

After all the activities are done the kids all get a popsicle to cool off.
The kids were all excited about having spent the day outside playing games....and the best part? No homework! Woo-hoo!!

what fun!! and where in the world did you find colored hairspray in june??
i didn't get to go to g's this year. they only allowed parent volunteers and no siblings. they suck.
