This is a view of the backyard as the snow was still falling.....yes we hang a wreath from the girls playset.
These are our non-exsistent front steps. You can just make out the footprints the mailman left.
This is where our driveway normally is...
No I didn't let the girls out to play in the snow. One, I didn't want to take any chances with Gianna since she's been sorta sick. Two, I didn't want to deal with all the wet, cold, layers of snow clothes. Call me selfish but I don't have time for this!! As it is I've been catching up with my blog by manipulating the date. **GASP**!!! I know!! I didn't want to forget what's been going on this week.
Now I'm heading off to wrap presents in the hopes that this will be the year that I will be able to go to sleep at a reasonable time on Christmas Eve & not stay up all night wrapping.....not that that's ever happened (we don't discuss Christmas 2004).

the snow is gorgeous ... but i could never survive in it. lol! and i'd be the same ... i think it would be just a ton of work to take the kids outside and then have all the wet clothes to deal with. plus, it'd be freezing. lol!
lucky duck! we've got nada!
i don't blame you about letting the kiddos out. i wouldn't risk it either.
we've stayed up one too many eves wrapping too. no fun at all!
