At the Patch

Today was a beautiful day. Not too cold not too warm, just perfect for........

PUMPKIN PICKING!!

We went later than we have in the past & I will have to remember not to do that next year. The sun gave me some dark-ish pics but I did manage to get a few good shots so the day wasn't a total bust.

I love getting a shot of all the pumpkins. It's just a big sea of ORANGE!

Marissa found her pumpkin right away--she's got a good eye!
Gianna took more time finding her pumpkin & went for one she could pick up herself.

I loved the color of these pumpkins. They were white with just a hint of orange or green. So pretty! These mums looked so pretty IRL. Loved the mix of colors.

And we always take a couple of these guys home. The girls love them & plan on painting theirs.

The girls love to listen to the scarecrow as he talks about the farm. Gianna would not look at the camera at ALL {despite Joe's attempts at making funny bunny ears on my head}!
Marissa posed like she always does but it had to be BY HERSELF! She wasn't sharing the spotlight with her sister. Nice.
If it wasn't for Joe I would have forgotten to take these. I wish this were brighter....

Couldn't get a good one of the girls together, but we did get decent solo pics.

There was a little boy who climbed up onto the hay next to Gianna & she kept throwing handfuls of hay at him throughout my taking pics & telling her to stop (see her hand gripping more hay??). Clearly she's got issues with the boys.

Marissa took these of us.....not sure which I like better....
