Happy Halloween!!

What a day!! The girls were in their glory, all dressed up, everyone telling them how pretty they looked. And they got CANDY too! What more can a girl want??

People telling them how pretty they are & getting CHOCOLATE!! A girl's dream!!

True to form, Marissa changed her mind & was Princess Belle from Beauty & the Beast. She looked so grown up!! The term "Duchess" popped in my head when I looked at her.

Gianna was hanging out with me until Joe could pick her up to take her to her school parade/party. I had to wait till Marissa got out of school then race over there & luckily we made it! She stayed with the Ariel costume, she knew what she wanted & couldn't wait to show her friends.

Marissa kept bopping Gianna with her wand --sisterly love.Such a little princess....Here we are at home ready to head out for candy!! Gianna ditched the wig before we left which was good since I didn't get stuck carrying it.

Halloween Yummies

Halloween Sneak Peek

Just a preview of tomorrow. This past Saturday the girls had a friend's birthday/Halloween party to go to. They had a lot of fun playing Halloween games & hanging out with all the kids, besides they got to wear their costumes--always fun!

Marissa was Princess Jasmine (again). There's some talk about her wearing a different costume on Halloween but we'll see where that goes.

Gianna was Princess Ariel-the-Mermaid (as she says it). I was able to spot her in the crowd of kids very easily thanks to the wig. It lasted longer than I thought but I still ended up carrying it around.

I love the Flounder bag!! This was Marissa's costume when she was 4 & really into Ariel. Must be a "4" thing. Either way I'm just happy I had the costume & didn't have to go crazy finding it.

Jungle Beat

Last night was Marissa's music show. The theme was "go green" & it was all about the jungle.

Hey Chickee!!

I figured since it's been so long since I last blogged that I should share something. I made this card using random scraps from my stash. The patterned paper is from Creative Imaginations (I think), the stamp is a M's $1 spot stamp, Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" embossing folder, MM alpha stickers, random buttons, & floss.

This seems to be an obsession!! I've seen all the cool pieces of "flair" on the 2P's message boards & seem to have gotten hooked on it!

I even joined "Facebook"!! I've been spending some time messing around on there trying to figure it out--totally didn't need something else to occupy my time!!

Hey maybe someday I'll even break down & get an "ipod"!
