Project Life January

Since deciding on doing Project Life, I've been on a mission to catch up.  It's taking awhile, but I'm getting there.  I was just going to keep it simple & not add anything extra except what came in the kit.  But I was easily lured in by seeing gorgeous albums from other people (both on blogs & on Instagram).

Then of course I wanted to play with my Silhouette Cameo, which lead me to create this cover page.

I took some of the extra papers that come with the kit for this.  Since I'm all about gray (& yellow) right now, I used those. Sorry for the wonky pictures but I was in a hurry & this is as good as it gets! ;)  Bear with me!

This is the flip side since I just couldn't leave it blank.

I didn't create these first few pages in order since the ideas would randomly pop in my head as I got more comfortable with the Cameo.

Originally, I didn't see the need for the cover page at all but this came to mind & I knew it was meant to be.

Now onto January.  Since I started this project not realizing that I'd join doing PL I had just been taking pictures with my iphone so the majority of my pics are small.  I realized I could fit a week's worth of pics on one page.  This means I can always add more if I have a lot more pics to add here or there.  So for now the LO's are more one page oriented.
Jan. 1-7
 Jan 8-14

Jan 15-21
 Jan 22-28
The best part of this for me, is that I've been digging through some OLD supplies that I've basically forgotten about.  Still fun to play with though.  I like using washi tape on my LO's too!  Didn't think I'd give in to that trend but once I used it I was hooked!  Love that stuff!
I know January doesn't end on the 28th but I combined the end of January with the beginning of February, so I'll share that page with February.  I'm still not sure, once I catch up, if I'll post these weekly or monthly like this.  Right now I'm just trying to catch up!! ;)
